Booking Conditions & Charges 2010/11

Accommodation

Self catering accommodation per person per night£15.00
Activity instruction for upto ten people including equipment

Weekend Courses

Self Catering courses for up to 12 people arriving Friday evening and departing Sunday 1600, a daily program of activities with instruction on Saturday and Sunday. Call the centre to book

Christmas and New Year

Group booking over christmas - max 12 people per night (basic outdoor equipment available at extra cost). £300 per night.

Booking Conditions

All bookings require full payment at the time of booking.

Self catering accommodation includes electricity and gas, but not food.

All visitors must bring a sleeping bag and pillow case unless other arrangements have been made with the Centre. Please note that towels and tea towels are not provided

A damage deposit of £250 may be required from certain groups. This is refunded if the building and equipment is left in good order.

Smoking is not permitted in White Peris, although there is a designated smoking area in the picnic area behind the building.

Where groups include people under 18 years of age, the same rules of conduct and behaviour apply as in the main Centre (eg no alcohol etc). When activities are being provided by Blue Peris, the leaders of such groups must also provide completed medical and parental consent forms for each student.

Groups of young people, where parents are not present, led on adventure activities by their own staff, in most cases, must comply with the regulations of the Licensing Authority. If in doubt contact the Centre for more details.
