All bookings require a 50 percent deposit at the time of booking and the balance on arrival at the Centre.

Self catering accommodation includes electricity and gas, but not food.

All visitors must bring a sleeping bag and pillow case unless other arrangements have been made with the Centre.

A damage deposit of £100 may be required from certain groups. This is refunded if the building and equipment is left in good order.

Smoking is not permitted in White Peris.

Where groups include people under 18 years of age, the same rules of conduct an behaviour apply as in the main Centre (eg no alcohol etc). The leaders of such groups must also provide completed medical and parental consent forms for each student.

Groups of young people, where parents are not present, led on adventure activities by the own staff must comply with the regulations of the Licensing Authority. If in doubt contact the Centre for more details.
