Blue Peris offers the benefit of a stable and mature staff team with a breadth of experience and qualifications in delivering outdoor
courses to students from all age groups and varied backgrounds.
Blue Peris staff are committed to the process of Staff Development. This process ensures both currency in senior staff and includes an
Assistant Instructor Training programme that supports the development and progression of younger staff entering the industry.
Blue Peris was one of the first Outdoor Education Centres to achieve the Investors in People standard.
