Mountain Leader Award (ML)
Blue Peris is one of the larger providers of Summer Mountain Leader training and assessment courses within the UK; it is not something we do on an ad hoc basis.
Our centre is superbly situated in the heart of Snowdonia overlooking Snowdon itself and the village of Llanberis. This wonderful and inspiring location allows us easy access to all the major mountain ranges of North Wales - where better to undertake your ML Training or assessment course?
We have been approved by Mountain Training England (MTE) and Mountain Training Wales (MTW) for the delivery of these courses.
Our course ethos is to offer a personal, friendly, and relaxing learning/assessment environment, with an up to date and exciting course programme.

Summer ML Training for those who hold the WGL Award
If you have passed your WGL, then why not take advantage of our shortened and cheaper conversion course. This course is 4 days in duration, instead of the normal 6 days. We can achieve this, by taking advantage of your prior learning contained within your WGL. We recap on all aspects of the generic skills found within the WGL and focus on the additional skills in greater depth. At the end of the 4 days you will be converse with the summer ML Award. This course has been endorsed by MTE.
