ML & Hill & Moorland Refresher

This is open to candidates who have undertaken their ML training with any provider within the UK. We will provide you with the opportunity to gain further training and updates in any area of the Mountain Leader Summer syllabus. It is also a great opportunity to question our staff on any topic relating to the award.

The course/day will be tailored to suit the candidate’s needs and address current issues within the award.

We ask you to contact the centre prior to your arrival so that your requirements can be discussed in detail.

Staffing

We use a maximum ratio of 1.4 and often many of our clients choose a 1.2/1.1 ratio which allows for very personal learning.

All our staff who work on the refresher courses also work on our ML training and assessment course. We also endeavour to only use staff that have assessed the ML award. If this is your preference then please do inform us beforehand.

Venues

We are flexible about potential venues and can often meet you at a pre-arranged destination. This can cut out travel time to the centre and classroom based meeting sessions - meaning more time on the hill.

Costs

1.1 £150.00 per day
1.2 £175.00 per group per day
1.3 £200.00 per group per day
1.4 £225.00 per group per day

These costs do not include, accommodation, board, transport to venues, but does included all specialist equipment such as ropes, helmets etc.
